Firstly, In the 30 years I've been driving, I've never had a serious accident that needed bodywork. With that being said, I didn't understand how much work that one little crinkle in my car would take. Eva set my mind at ease by explaining to me the work that it would entail and why. From the first phone call until the time they handed me my keys after my car repair the staff at First Class Body Shop was exceptional. I recently backed into someone and since it was my first time as an adult I wasn't sure how the whole process went.

Eva gave me a fair estimate and was honest about which parts needed to be replaced and which parts didn't.

She made herself available to me at all times, returned all calls, answered all questions, and went far beyond excellent customer service. My car was done exactly when they first said it would be and they did a beautiful job.

The staff at First Class Body Shop even pointed out an error that a previous body shop made when my ex was hit by a drunk driver. They suggested that I take it back to the shop to have them fix it before it got worse. They could've very easily convinced me that the damage was from my most recent accident and charged me to fix it but they were upfront and honest which you don't find often anymore.

As long as I live in Vegas, First Class Body Shop will always be my go-to and will always be where I refer anyone. Fixing damage is something any auto body shop should be able to do, but the help, professionalism, honesty, and over all customer service that First Class Body Shop provided is second to none.
